What if we already use Microsoft 365 instead of Google Workspace?

No problem at all, we are a Microsoft partner and have extensive Microsoft 365 skills and experience. We can licence, manage, secure, simplify and make sure you are making the most of your Microsoft licences.

What if we already have existing cybersecurity tools?

Our team are cybersecurity experts and are familiar with a wide range of security tools and capabilities. We can assess what you have and make recommendations from there.

Sometimes the tools you have may be quality tools but are not configured properly, we help with this.

Do Small Robot offer a Full Managed IT service?

We always offer 24*7 managed cybersecurity because it requires specific skills & experience to do it properly (which IT Providers nearly always don't do).

For Fully Managed IT services the is yes, we do offer this for certain customers. We are not a large business, and we aim to remain small-ish to ensure that our quality, service, and care for our customers remains high. We want to know our clients business well and to be a part of driving the success. This is hard to do when you become large.

Our Fully Managed Service incorporates everything except on-site visits (although there are exceptional times when this is needed); We can run fully manage a business remotely through the use of modern technology which enables remote support, patching, builds, and similar. We do this for select clients today, and they continue to praise our service and renew annually.
